Staff very friendly Ok food

Very, very tasty here! Super friendly staff and protective measures are exemplary. The portions are also really neat. Finally you get hot when you say "please hot". Very tasty, seasoned and fresh ingredients. The portions are also not saved, in the end I asked myself how the burrito should be rolled, but somehow it worked. Highly recommended!

Everything OK.

Unfortunately the food is far from what you know as Mexican, it is just something to eat, something you can mix yourself. I was pretty disappointed, maybe I was expecting too much, that's the case if you know Mexican cuisine.

Very delicious food, there are bowls, salads, takkos and much more, relatively high prices.

There was no vegan alternative

They have taken the basic Mexican dishes from their American restaurants' menu and re-styled the service for a food court fast food. In the misdt of a large German city miles from my home state of CA, the flavors, freshness, and selections lit up my palate. In fact, little known secret, we went twice while in Frankfurt!

If you want to spoil your stomach, you can eat there.

Delicious burrito, if your portions are small they have no problem giving you more. Only meat costs you extra. Guacamole a bit expensive but everything in Germany is expensive. The service 10/20. We have to go back!!!

Had a chicken burrito there today, the meat was cold and the sauce was very average, usually it's good but today it was very average, do not recommend.

Preferably 0/5. In my burito that I ordered vegetarian there was meat. In my friend's burito the chicken was not pink inside! Besides, the prices are way too high. For a dollop of guacamole you pay another € 2.80 on top, which is just way too much. People prefer to go to Subway there is a whole menu with drink and cookie for 7.5 € and not like here over 9 € for a burito with the wrong content.

Bowls are delicious. Like to come here. In the past you had smaller portions. Now you get more.

Dude seriously it is Chipotle and I really like how we get a little more love with are servings.

Was not to bad but I think the portion size was very small for the price, the burrito was tiny compared to the one I had at Skyline Plazza, I think I will stick to the Skyline Plazza Chipotle.

The tacos and burritos were really good, but we didn't see the peppers next to the meet and ingredients we got so it turned out so spicy, it was nearly impossible to eat. Still worth the visit

I've been to the chipotle in America and they where 100× better than this place. The meat was overcooked and underseasoned, they give very small portions and rice was also very undercooked. It was not an enjoyable experience and I will not be coming back

Somewhat disappointing. I think that perhaps Chipotle worldwide has changed, but the chips were not as good as they once were, and the other food was not as good as I have had in other chipotle's and even this chipotle in the past.

Fast, efficient and tasty. I hope they come to munich too.

No way compared to American Chipotle, Not worth if you are going with mind to give different taste to your taste buds and if you are hungry many other options available there

Prices are quite high, especially for drinks. Otherwise, everything is not bad enough. Mexican fast food is better than American) Gross turned out to be quite voluminous.

Quick service and rather good quality. Non spicy options also available.

Yummy vegan stuff ?

Line moves fast. Food, not very good. Each time I’ve gotten chipotle from MyZeil the food has been cold. The meat I get (steak) was tough and overcooked. My most recent time they gave me 15 pieces of steak because it was the scraps left in the container. Instead of replacing the meat when it’s getting low, like they do in America they just let it sit. The rice was also not cooked the same as in America. There was so cilantro and basically no flavor. There was also no peppers available that day. I went around 6pm and not many people were there but no peppers at all. The cheese was not Mexican cheese but instead shredded cheddar cheese. Don’t expect it to taste the same as it would in America. They are really skimpy on portions of the toppings you can pick from.

I lived in the US for 5 years and so missed Chipotle here in Germany. So happy to have a Chipotle near my office now. The food tastes similar and really good. The staff is very friendly. Definitely one of my favorite lunch spots

Now, if you’re expecting this to taste like the American chipotle, don’t! It tastes similar but it still satisfies the craving. The chips however are store bought and NOT anywhere close to chipotles. But the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Another great Chipotle location in Germany! The food is true to the brand and tastes great. It is a bit expensive for what you get, but in my opinion it is worth the cost. Conveniently located in the MyZeil shopping center.

I used to live in the United States and Chipotle used to be my favorite place to grab dinner from...so when i went back to Kuwait i missed this place just so freaking much!..had a vacation for 4 days in Frankfurt and found a Chipotle near my hotel ?? i paid a visit more than 5 times in the 4 days vacation that i spent in Frankfurt

Well, it's okay. Staff is friendly and tries their best. The food is ok but nothing spectacular. In the end it's just another fast food option in downtown Frankfurt.

This place is incredible! Chipotle is my life.

In the United States, all the ingredients are packed and poured, but the new Mixile Chipole lacks in quantity. I got a picture because I asked for more salad. In fact, less was reduced. The taste was good.

Chipotle is probably the best fast food restaurant chain in Germany. It's super clean, healthy food at a reasonable price. This particular outlet was spic-n-span and has ample seating area. It is located on the top floor of MyZeil shopping centre and is accessible through an elevator and multiple escalators. Give it a try if you are in the mood for some Mexican burritos, tacos or a rice bowl.

Love the burritos

I love Chipotle, used to go there every week back in US. Just ask for more of every item if you're not satisfied with what you're getting. They will always give you more.

In no case order something about Deliveroo, they apparently have no real packs for their food but stuff everything in aluminum foil, ordered 3 tacos, everything zermatscht and fell out, necessarily practice again. More than embarrassing. Never again...
